Pencil Pleat Curtains

When gathered the tightly packed folds at the top of the curtains resemble rows of pencils. 

This is an informal, traditional style of heading. It is often used for curtains in cottages but also in rooms, such as bedrooms, where a less amount of gathering is required or needed. Suited to hang from under curtain poles and on curtain tracks, covering them when drawn.
